Summary of Requirements

  • Attends a 90- 120-minute Vacation Ownership Sales Presentation.
  • Married or Cohabitating Couples & Families
  • Both partners must attend presentation together
  • All persons must have at least one valid State issued ID (Driver’s License, State ID card or Passport indicating minimum age of 28 and maximum of 72 years and must be a US Citizen
  • Primary guest must present a Major Credit Card at Check-In
  • Guest must be Gainfully employed with combined household income of at least $50,000.
  • All persons must be able to speak, read, write, and understand English fluently and be capable of entering into a legal contract.
  • Must not be scheduled for any other tour in same or other destination within 6 months of arrival date.
  • No Group travel permitted beyond 1 qualified couple traveling together as one participating tour.
  • Employees or family members or agents of Marketer or their respective parent and affiliated companies are not permitted to attend Sales Presentations.

Presentation Requirement

To get this deal, we ask that you attend a 90-120 minute travel club presentation while you are in Loreto. You are not required to buy, sign, or join anything. But, you are required to attend and stay for the entire 120 minutes.

When You Arrive

Check in at the front desk and provide the clerk with your name, photo identification, and a credit card for incidentals and deposit.

Security Deposit

Some hotels might place a temporary charge on your credit card when you arrive to protect against damage or loss. As long as the room is not damaged and the furniture, fixtures, and linens stay in the room, the hotel will refund it shortly after you check out.
